Worthwhile article about a new book on Tommy Douglas, pointing out that the father of Canada's socialized medical system was also a fervent eugenecist. Of course, those in the know realize that most progressives in the past were adherents of eugenics. It was the 'global warming' issue of its day, with almost all 'right-thinking', 'forward-looking, 'educated' persons supporting it. This might make a curious person wonder why so many progressives continue to be infatuated with groups like Planned Parenthood. Assuming there are any curious persons left.
